Maintenance Technician (Part Time / On-call)
ODESSA, TEXAS
CMH is seeking a reliable part time/on-call Maintenance Technician to support a man camp housing site in Odessa, Texas. This role responds to maintenance needs as they arise and helps keep housing units and common areas safe & operational.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs for housing units and common areas.
- Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, & appliance issues.
- Respond to on-call & emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Complete routine inspections & minor preventative maintenance.
- Document work performed & communicate issues to site management.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, & mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently & respond on short notice.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must live within 15 minutes of the Odessa location.
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-time / on-call (hours vary based on site needs)
- Starting at $25.00 per hour
