In 2009 StatOil/Equinor, the State oil Company of Norway, contracted Corporate Mobile Housing (CMH) to provide infrastructure services and workforce mobile housing for 140 workers in eight locations across a sixty square mile land lease in South Texas. With the success of the StatOil mobile housing sites, CMH was awarded an additional contract by REPSOL, the State Oil Company of Spain, to develop and maintain three workforce housing operations in the region.

Bakken Shale North Dakota StatOil - WPX Energy – Kodiak – Halliburton 2012-2018 Contracted in 2012 by oil industry leaders, Corporate Mobile Housing (CMH) provided mobile housing multi-tenant personnel sites for 600 workers through 2018 . CMH provided extensive infrastructure services including building water wells, water systems, sewer plants, implementation of power infrastructure and systems as well as road construction. All construction of personnel sites were in three remote locations amid extreme weather conditions. To comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations during site planning and construction, CMH worked closely with the DEQ, EPA, Department of Health, and Fire Marshal. Additionally, Corporate Mobile Housing obtained all required county and state permits, including utility connections, environmental impact approvals, and building permits.
