Corporate Mobile Housing (CMH) is proud to support Meta's major large-scale construction of a hyperscale data center in Holly Ridge, Louisiana. Planned to be the largest data center in the world, this project requires extensive coordination and well-supported workforce to see it through to completion.


To meet the demands of this massive project, Corporate Mobile Housing has partnered with a national contractor to develop, construct and operate Dunn Village and RV Park, a 31-acre workforce lodging village designed to support the contractor employees and subcontractors working onsite.

Corporate Mobile Housing’s hardworking team continues construction of Dunn Village and RV Park, the premier workforce lodging village designed and dedicated to supporting the contractors building the Meta Data Center in Holly Ridge, Louisiana. This impressive project is slated to be largest data center in the world. Current progress includes installation of above ground power, power lines and transformers. The crew is finishing the underground plumbing, installation of two lift stations and manholes. Housing units are arriving onsite with set-up and utilities hook-ups planned to begin in the next few weeks. Unit photos and walkthrough videos will be coming soon.
